Product Description

This original used DQ200 valve body is the hydraulic section of the 7-speed DSG 0AM / 0CW mechatronics system. It is intended for customers who need the hydraulic block only and do not require the transmission control unit, because this product is supplied without TCU

What This Valve Body Does

  • Directs hydraulic oil flow inside the DQ200 mechatronics system
  • Supports clutch and gear actuation through hydraulic control circuits
  • Works together with the transmission control unit in compatible DSG7 systems
  • Serves as a replacement for damaged or faulty original hydraulic blocks
  • Allows reuse of the existing compatible TCU where appropriate
Important Product Note This product does not include the TCU. Public DQ200 valve body listings clearly distinguish between hydraulic block only and full valve body plus TCU bundles, so it is important to verify what your repair requires before ordering.

Vehicle Compatibility

This hydraulic block is suitable for selected vehicles equipped with 7-speed DSG DQ200 transmission under the 0AM / 0CW family. Public DQ200 listings commonly associate these units with Volkswagen, Audi, Škoda and SEAT applications.

Common Fault Codes & Symptoms

Hydraulic faults inside the DQ200 mechatronics system can cause pressure build-up problems, gear engagement faults and limited gearbox function. Public DQ200 repair references specifically connect this system family with faults such as P17BF, P189C and pressure-related reduced-function conditions.

  • P17BF Hydraulic pump or pressure play protection related fault
  • P189C Function restriction due to insufficient pressure build-up
  • Pressure drop Reduced hydraulic performance inside the
