Product Description

This is a new functional Continental Haldex control unit with OEM number 0BS907554D, designed for 4th generation Haldex AWD systems used across Volkswagen Group vehicles. The module manages rear axle engagement, controls clutch pressure through the hydraulic system and communicates with ABS, ESP and engine management electronics.

What This Control Unit Does

• Monitors speed difference between front and rear axles
• Controls hydraulic pump pressure for rear clutch engagement
• Activates rear-wheel drive automatically when traction is required

• Manages the Haldex control valve N373 for clutch pressure regulation

Installation

Installation Notes

• Locate the Haldex control unit on the rear differential / rear axle assembly
• Disconnect the electrical connector and remove the old module
• Install the replacement unit and secure all mounting points properly
• Reconnect all electrical connectors and verify a secure fit
• Clear fault codes and carry out coding or adaptation if required
• Perform a test drive and confirm proper AWD engagement
